Network Operations Center Technician

Hiring: NOC/IT Operations Analyst – 2nd Shift Shift details: Tuesday – Saturday | 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. | Fully On-Site We're seeking an IT Fusion Center Analyst to join a fast-paced IT Operations team responsible for 24/7 monitoring of enterprise infrastructure and applications. In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for identifying, triaging, and coordinating the response to production incidents while helping ensure the stability and availability of critical business systems. What You'll Do Monitor enterprise infrastructure, applications, and SIEM alerts using industry-standard monitoring tools. Identify, prioritize, investigate, and escalated production incidents. Coordinate incident response and communicate status updates, risks, and impacts to technical teams and leadership. Support incident and change management processes following ITIL best practices. Create and maintain runbooks, process documentation, and monitoring improvements. Document incidents and actions within ServiceNow while ensuring accurate shift handoffs. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve system reliability. Top Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a NOC, SOC, IT Operations, Command Center, or Production Support environment. Experience with ServiceNow and Splunk . Experience monitoring enterprise environments using tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of ITIL , particularly Incident Management and Change Management . Experience monitoring multiple systems simultaneously ("eyes-on-glass" monitoring). Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and executive leadership during high-impact incidents. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. ITIL v4 Foundation Certification. CCNA or similar certification. Experience with Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. What We're Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
