Job Summary

Spring Haven Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Our Housekeepers play a vital role in supporting our mission of delivering caring and compassionate service , ensuring every resident feels comfortable and cared for in their home.
Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident apartments daily, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Handle high-volume cleaning responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Ensure all common areas (hallways, restrooms, lounges, etc.) are cleaned and maintained daily
• Dust, vacuum, mop, disinfect, and sanitize surfaces according to company protocols
• Remove trash and ensure proper waste disposal
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Follow all infection control, safety, and housekeeping procedures
• Provide courteous and respectful interactions with residents, staff, and visitors
• Uphold Spring Haven's mission by delivering caring and compassionate service in every task and interaction

Schedule & Job Type

• Full-time position available
• Day shift with weekend and holiday rotation as needed
• On-site role at Spring Haven Senior Living

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet high cleanliness standards
• Ability to manage high-volume daily cleaning tasks efficiently
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• Must successfully pass a drug screening
• Must pass an AHCA Level 2 background check
