General Production Worker $17.00/hour

2nd Shift 2:30pm-11pm

We're hiring a reliable General Production Worker to join a manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role involving material handling, light forklift operation, facility cleaning, and general production support.

Responsibilities:

• Move materials throughout the facility using a sit-down forklift
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks
• Load, pick, stage, and transport materials
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Support production and warehouse operations as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in hot and cold industrial environments
• Willingness to train on 1st shift for approximately 2 weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift
• Forklift, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required

Schedule:

• Training: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
• Regular Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mifflinville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
