• 7 - 10 days of coverage per month, ongoing
• 6 - 15 patients per day; 8 patients per day in the Cath Lab
• Required: pacemakers, echocardiograms, TEEs, cardioversions, viability studies
• Required: nuclear stress tests, cardiac CT scans
• Must read and interpret echocardiograms, EKGs, Holter monitors
• Implantable loop recorders -- preferred but not required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
