Community Leasing & Compliance Assistant Manager

The Community Builders, Inc.

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Yonkers, NY. The role focuses on leasing, compliance, maximizing rental income and delivering quality resident services under the Community Manager’s guidance. Heavy emphasis on operations administration, resident retention and meeting 97% occupancy, with required five days a week in office. COS/LIHTC certifications are strongly preferred and experience with Yardi is expected. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Community Builders, Inc.
