Pay: $18+ DOE
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Qualifications: Detailed oriented, precise, and thorough in completing work tasks. Set priorities, schedule job activities, organize tasks. Good at problem solving. What You will Be Doing: You will support project operations by communicating with customers, scheduling, record keeping, material and labor procurement. Create purchase orders, change orders & material orders. Communicate all pertinent project information to clients (verbally & written) Produce & update schedules as needed. Coordinate permitting & inspections and repair services. Issue change orders & communicate answers to all parties. Review daily logs & recaps from subcontractors. Build project start-up folders. Assist with punch list management. Maintaining both physical & electronic record Ways to Apply:
