Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in an operating room setting at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Support surgical procedures across specialties including orthopedics, gynecology, sports medicine, and total joints
• Participate in on-call rotation covering weekday nights, weekends, and holidays
• Float between units or sister facilities as operationally required
• Adhere to all facility compliance, scheduling, and patient safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
• Willingness to commit to on-call shifts including weekday nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Must reside outside of a 50-mile local radius
• Clean background with no Nursys or background check hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Mako robotic-assisted orthopedic surgery
• Background in gynecological and sports medicine surgical procedures
• Prior experience with orthopedic total joint procedures
