This position is primarily remote, allowing you to offer therapy and counseling to patients in a flexible, accessible manner. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' backgrounds and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective healing processes.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, creating a supportive atmosphere where patients can express their feelings, develop coping strategies, and rebuild their lives.

• Engage in collaborative case management, working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated treatment approach.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
