Work Environment\nThis position is primarily remote, allowing you to offer therapy and counseling to patients in a flexible, accessible manner. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals who share your commitment to trauma-informed care, ensuring that our patients receive holistic support in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct detailed trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' backgrounds and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective healing processes. \n
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions, creating a supportive atmosphere where patients can express their feelings, develop coping strategies, and rebuild their lives. \n
- Engage in collaborative case management, working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated treatment approach. \n
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support to patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the privacy and security of patient information. \n
- Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights on trauma treatment best practices. \n

- A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, LPC/MHSP, or LMFT in Tennessee. \n
