The Human Resource Analyst position is responsible for performing specialized duties of all facets of Human Resources for specified DOTD offices. While in official capacity DOTD employees must comply with all applicable Louisiana and Civil Service laws rules and regulations as well as DOTD policies procedures manuals and directives.AN IDEAL CANIDATE SHOULD POSESS THE FOLLLOWING COMPETENCIES:
- Communicating Effectively : The ability to relay information correctly and appropriately to connect people and ideas.
- Following Policies & Procedures: The ability to follow reinforce adapt or develop policies and procedures to maintain compliance with applicable laws rules and policies.
- Making Accurate Judgements: The ability to assess options weigh risks and make sound decisions using available information and logical reasoning.
