Account Representative - Medical Billing Specialist

Position Overview: Join a dedicated team in the Midwest region focused on delivering exceptional service and support. This role centers on generating revenue through diligent follow-up and resolution of denials related to patient and client accounts. You will engage with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients via phone, written communication, and in-person interactions to ensure smooth billing processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage account receivables by addressing denials and coordinating with payers. Collaborate closely with the Business Office and Denials Manager to support various administrative tasks as needed. This is an on-site position requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Education & Experience: A high school diploma is required. Prior knowledge of medical billing and collection practices is preferred. Familiarity with Excel and email platforms is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn new tasks efficiently.
