JOB SUMMARY

Primary duties include leading the construction process efforts for assigned project(s) to ensure the success is aligned with the budget, schedule, and is constructible.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Requires the knowledge of electrical construction and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a five –year electrical apprentice program or a combination of education and experience within the electrical construction industry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Five years' experience in a project management position in industryElectrical apprenticeship, journeyman, wireman, project foremen/ general foreman, mentorshipEstimator/Project supervisor or other electrical trade experience

Work with the field leaders and office support personnel for proposals, scope of work definitions and clarityReview proposals for proper pricing and presentation. Turn in change order pricing timely (based on contract time frame) and within customer constraintsReview log of changes at least monthly.
