What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.
• Learn about each customer's needs and help match them with the right Ford vehicle.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and financing options.
• Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
• Follow up with customers using phone, text, email, and CRM tools.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay current on Ford products, technology, and market trends.
• Work as part of a team committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required for exceptional sales professionals.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Competitive mindset with a desire to earn an above-average income.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
