Job Title: Housekeper/Laundry Aide

Location: Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center, Casper, Wyoming

About Us: Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in the beautiful community of Casper, Wyoming. Our 122-bed facility specializes in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, respite care, and comfort care services. We proudly serve the people of Wyoming through accepting Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic indivudual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keeping the facility, common areas, clean and maintained.

• Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning tasks and schedules.

• Sweeping and moping floors.

• Cleaning and stocking restrooms..

• Cleaning up spills with apporpriate equipment.

• Notifying managers of necessary repairs.

• Collecting and disposing of trash.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage time efficiently.

• Work well unsupervised.

• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with others.

• Excellent interpersonal skills. 

• Effective professional communication skills.

• Good collaboration and teamwork skills.

• A passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors.
