Workday Analyst Location: Arlington Heights, IL Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base salary Work Model: Hybrid, onsite two days per week Ready to take ownership of enterprise systems that keep a healthcare organization moving? LaSalle Network is partnering with a local healthcare client to add a Workday Analyst to its growing team. This analyst will drive improvements across Finance operations, strengthen data integrity and help shape the future of Workday functionality within a collaborative, innovative environment. Build on your experience and serve stakeholders across multiple business units. What's the job? Configure and administer Workday solutions aligned with business objectives Build and enhance system functionality to support Finance operations Troubleshoot technical and functional issues across platforms Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities Deliver reporting and audit support for Finance and operational teams Assist with enterprise system integrations and ongoing monitoring Participate in testing efforts tied to upgrades and new releases Support user adoption initiatives and documentation efforts Develop and maintain operating procedures and configuration records What's needed? Hands‑on experience with Workday administration or analysis Strong understanding of Finance systems and business processes Experience with reporting, data validation and system testing Ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, HR, IT and Supply Chain teams Excellent organizational and communication skills A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement Strong documentation and troubleshooting abilities What's in it for me?
