What You'll Do as a Registered Nurse Provide warm, individualized care that supports residents’ dignity and well-being. Partner with families, residents, and team members to ensure seamless, supportive communication. Mentor and support care staff to deliver exceptional resident experiences every day. What You'll Need Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Minnesota. Previous experience in senior living is preferred but not required. Passion for serving older adults and being part of a meaningful mission.
