Outside Sales Representative - $100K+ Opportunity with Uncapped Commission
Auto-Chlor is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Lakewood, WA. With over 86 years in business and 140+ branches nationwide, we've built a reputation for reliable service, high-quality products, and lasting customer relationships.
We're looking for a driven, goal-oriented sales professional who thrives on face-to-face connection. If you're energized by cold calling, passionate about helping customers, and want to build a long-term career, this is your chance.

- Base salary + uncapped commission, with average earnings of $85k-$110k in your first year

What You'll Do
- Make 20+ in-person cold calls per day to restaurants and local businesses
- Build a strong pipeline and close new accounts within your protected territory
- Network, strategize, and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Attend weekly team meetings for coaching, support, and recognition
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A valid driver's license and a hunter's mindset
- Confidence in cold knocking and callingyou're not afraid to hear "no"
