We are seeking an Eye Care Assistant Manager, with possibility of becoming the Optical Manager to join of our leadership team!
Responsibilities:
Oversee optical service activities and personnel -including staff schedule
Plan and coordinate staff training
Work collaboratively with the doctors to implement high patients satisfaction and quality care
Maintain frame inventory control and lab inventory/lab organization
Establish and enforce office policies and procedures
Have a superior knowledge of vision plans such as Eyemed, VSP and Spectera
Responsible for marketing/promotions including trunk shows and patient appreciation programs
Responsible for overseeing social media campaigns and programs
Responsible for optical patient satisfaction and problem prevent and problem solve
Qualifications:
Previous experience in and optometric practice or a large optical retail operation
Experience in a managerial role
Strong leadership qualities
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
