As a fast growing and well-respected private practice in Southwest Riverside County, the role of our physicians in our practice are to examine and treat patients, regardless of age or sex. Ensure proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Prescribe and administer medications, perform routine vaccinations, and provide advice regarding personal health and hygiene. Full‑time is 40 hours per work week (36 patient facing hours in clinic; 4 admin hours non‑clinic) Providers see approximately three patients per hour once fully trained and onboarded. Active and unrestricted California PA/NP medical license. Minimum Experience Required: Board certification/eligibility. License/Certification: Active and unrestricted California Medical license. Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics. Excellent knowledge of infectious diseases, their symptoms and epidemiology. Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications. In‑depth knowledge of legal and best medical guidelines and medicine best practices. Expected Hours of Work Full‑time Advance Practice Provider (APP) in family practice (30-40 hours per work week). Providers see approximately three patients per hour. 4 or 5‑day work week options. Schedule: typical schedule is four 10‑hour days (9 hours patient facing; 1 hour lunch), and one 4‑hour admin day (non‑clinic; can be from home). Night call schedule is 2-3 times per month (during non‑clinic hours; no in‑person responsibilities). Health Benefits are effective the first day of the month after employment begins pending enrollment completion and processing. Provider Health Benefits will be either fully (HMO) or partially (PPO) paid for by the Company, depending on the insurance plan elected by you. Eligibility to participate in a 401(k)-retirement savings plan the first of the month following three months of employment.
