Clinical Research Nurse  (BMT)

Experience in Hematology/Oncology clinical research required; Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) experience strongly

preferred.

Work Environment: Onsite 5 Days Monday-Friday (Day Shift)

Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating clinical trials, managing study participants, ensuring protocol compliance, and supporting investigators in the execution of oncology and transplant research studies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage oncology and BMT clinical trials.
• Screen, consent, enroll, and follow study participants.
• Perform clinical assessments, phlebotomy, IV insertion, and administer investigational medications as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, HIPAA, and institutional guidelines.
• Support study monitoring visits, audits, and data collection activities.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Oncology Nursing experience
• Experience in Hematology/Oncology clinical research required; Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) experience strongly preferred.
• Active Florida RN license
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
• BLS certification
• Experience with phlebotomy, IV insertion, and patient assessments.
• OCN and/or BMTCN certification preferred

This is a Permanent position based out of Orlando, FL.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $98000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Orlando,FL.
