Location: St. Joseph, MI

Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Job Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support one of the nation's largest electrical distribution companies based in St. Joseph, Michigan. The Help Desk Analyst will work alongside an established support team to provide first-level technical support to users across more than 750 locations. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for IT support who is looking to grow their technical career.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 help desk support for end users across multiple locations.
• Handle approximately 30 inbound support calls per day and make outbound calls as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
• • Point of Sale (POS) software installations
  • Printer setup and configuration
  • User account creation and access management
  • Basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Document and escalate issues when necessary.
• Deliver excellent customer service while resolving technical concerns.
• Participate in a structured 1-2 week training and onboarding program.
• Support users while working a flexible shift schedule based on business needs.

Compensation:  

$20/hr.  

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
