Leasing Specialist

Leasing Specialist - Malvern Manor Apartments We are seeking a dynamic leasing specialist with previous lease-up experience to work at Malvern Manor Apartments and assist with the ongoing community-wide renovation. The position offers a base salary of $19-$20/hr plus commission. Benefits: Commissions Health Insurance Paid Time Off All Federal Holidays Off 401K Pet Insurance and More Responsibilities: Marketing and Leasing Greet prospective residents, qualify, and determine needs and preferences Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries Monitor local market conditions and trends to creatively market the property Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and common areas Office Administration Complete lease applications and verify information Prepare move-in packets, coordinate move-ins and lease renewals, and maintain resident records Accept rents and deposits, assist with posting payments in Yardi Management and Compliance Support fair housing laws and company policies Conduct business in accordance with laws and regulations This outline covers the primary duties of a leasing specialist and is not exhaustive.
