Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Kerrville, TX . This is a great opportunity for a dependable maintenance professional looking for a long-term position with the potential to be hired on permanently.

81-unit apartment community
Property built in 1980
Full-time schedule
Temp-to-hire opportunity
Sole Maintenance Technician on site

Requirements:

EPA Certification required
Pool Certification required
Previous apartment maintenance experience required
Ability to work independently and manage all maintenance operations for the community
Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

Responsibilities:

Complete service requests and work orders
Perform preventative maintenance
Handle make-readies and unit turns
Maintain pool area and ensure compliance with safety standards
Monitor property grounds and common areas
Coordinate vendors when needed
Respond to maintenance emergencies as necessary
