Dwight has served as the Owner/Operator of this restaurant since its grand opening in October, 2017. Prior to his six years as an Owner/Operator with Chick-fil-A, Dwight was blessed to serve our Nation as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force. Of his 26 years of service, 17 were spent in the flying community as an Evaluator, Instructor, Trainer, or Trainee. Dwight has been able to transition his experience and leadership serving our country to propel Chick-fil-A Frederick North into a chainwide leader in operational excellence. This person will can also assist with stocking needs for front and back of the house.Boards: Responsible for reading monitors and building orders, understanding the business flow and ensuring there is enough food to meet demand, communicating product needs to the Breader, producing products within Chick-fil-A quality standards and effective communication with the front of house team.Breader: Responsible for thawing, rotating, filleting, and breading chicken.
