Beauty Advisor

Summary The Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty consultations and customer service while growing individual and vendor sales. This role builds lasting client relationships, supports sales events, and maintains a welcoming, well-merchandised counter. Responsibilities Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals. Develop client relationships and record customer preferences using clienteling tools. Provide makeup and treatment consultations, product applications, and sales follow-up. Maintain counter standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Work with team members and serve as a liaison with the designated account executive. Requirements At least one year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics. Demonstrated successful sales experience and ability to exceed quota. Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills. Ability to use clienteling software and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and business judgment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
