Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in North Kingstown, RI. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for patients, execute therapeutic interventions, and track progress to meet patient goals. They will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care and will educate patients and their families on exercises and rehabilitation best practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques Expertise in Patient Care with a focus on individualized treatment plans Experience in Home Care and direct patient services Strong foundation in Medicine, including an understanding of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Rhode Island Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to professional growth and continuous education Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Ivy Rehab Network
