Job Title: Research and Development Solution Architect - Data Products Delivery Engine Location: Morristown, NJ Job Type: Full Time Salary Range: $133,500.00 - $192,833.33 Join Sanofi R&D as a Digital Solution Architect and help create state‑of‑the‑art data platforms and technology stacks that support advanced analytics, AI and machine learning initiatives. Responsibilities Design end‑to‑end solutions to meet business needs, within the agreed requirements, and are pragmatic and supportive of the strategic architecture direction Guarantee and promote the right usage of standards for processes, applications and infrastructure environments Leverage the existing portfolio of digital products, catalogue of services and promote the usage of existing building blocks Design and produce design documents and solution roadmaps showing the states of transition Orchestrate the delivery of interconnected technology components through the solution lifecycle Work in close collaboration with business, technology and product stakeholders to contextualize the architecture design Contribute to standards of life‑cycle maintenance Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Experience: 5-8 years in solution architecture, AI architecture and software engineering Experience developing best Lean & Agile practices, policies, and/or procedures Drive proof of concept implementations Facilitate design and review sessions to define broad solutions with the big picture in mind Soft Skills Ability to assess new technologies and compile architecture decision records (ADRs) Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and results Self‑motivated, takes initiative Problem solving & critical thinking Technical Skills AWS Certification Knowledge in GenAI and AI architecture for new products Knowledge in data ingestion, integration, transformation, storage Cloud‑based services (especially AWS managed services) Agile development processes and DevOps methodology / principles GIT‑based source code management (GitHub) and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices (GitHub Actions) Experience in specifying Infrastructure as code (Terraform) Linux, containers, Kubernetes and serverless Javascript, Node.js, React and Flutter Knowledge of NoSQL and relational databases (AWS RDS) Solid understanding of networking concepts Integration Services (Informatica Cloud, Airflow, DBT, DLT) Knowledge with messaging solutions (EventBridge, SNS, SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka) Knowledge of Data warehousing solutions (Snowflake) Experience in working within compliance (e.g., quality, regulatory – data privacy, GxP, SOX) and cybersecurity requirements Languages English Benefits High‑quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs At least 14 weeks gender‑neutral parental leave Thoughtful, well‑crafted rewards package that recognizes contributions Wide range of health and wellbeing benefits Eligible Applicants US and Puerto Rico residents only.
