Production Team Member

JOB SUMMARY

RAF Electronics, a part of MW Components is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support daily production operations. In this role, you will operate equipment, process parts through plating and drying operations, perform quality inspections, handle materials, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are manufactured accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and customer requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.

• Operate manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery as assigned.
• Properly load and unload parts into baskets for plating and drying processes.
• Monitor production processes and report issues or concerns to supervisors.
• Perform visual inspections to verify product quality and identify defects.
• Report defects, inconsistencies, equipment issues, or safety concerns

promptly.

• Load and unload materials, components, and finished goods.
• Move products between workstations using carts, pallet jacks, and other

approved equipment. * Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by reporting material usage and shortages. * Complete production forms, checklists, logs, and related documentation accurately and timely.

• Enter production data into ERP/MES systems as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety rules, PPE requirements, and hazard control

procedures.

• Participate in safety training and support a zero-injury culture.
• Communicate production status, delays, quality concerns, and equipment issues

to team members and supervisors. * Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

PREFERRED

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing, production, assembly, plating, warehouse, or industrial

experience.

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery.
• Basic computer skills and experience with ERP, MES, or production tracking

systems.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

* Frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
• Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with exposure to

machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must possess adequate vision, including close vision, distance vision, color

vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
