Description
Job Title: Assistant Busser/Food Runner - Rivers Casino Pittsburgh
Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated and friendly Assistant Server/Busser to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include bussing tables, stocking and maintaining side stations, and serving beverages with a smile. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensuring that prescribed stock levels are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Bus tables and maintain side stations efficiently
- Serve beverages and ensure a fresh supply of coffee and water
- Assist guests with courtesy and professionalism
- Follow management's directives at all times
- Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain prescribed stock levels
- Empty trash and stock bus carts as necessary
- Return dirty tableware to the kitchen
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Commitment to regular and punctual attendance
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays
Physical Requirements
- Capability to lift up to 40lbs and maneuver carts up to 75lbs through crowded areas
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
