3rd Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on 3rd Shift Press Supervisor to lead overnight operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a strong leader with experience in press operations, steel or metal manufacturing, and production supervision. Candidates with experience working around industrial machinery, presses, fabrication equipment, or forming operations are highly preferred.

This position is responsible for overseeing shift production, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, troubleshooting production issues, and leading teams to hit operational goals. The ideal candidate understands how to maximize production efficiency while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervise and coordinate 3rd shift press and production operations
• Monitor production output, quality, and safety performance
• Troubleshoot machine, press, and production-related issues
• Dispatch and manage workflow to meet production schedules
• Lead employee training, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain housekeeping and organization throughout the facility
• Collaborate with maintenance and leadership teams to minimize downtime

What We’re Looking For:

• Manufacturing leadership or shift supervision experience required
• Experience working with presses, industrial machinery, or metal fabrication equipment
• Steel, metal, or heavy industrial manufacturing background strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of production flow, safety, and quality control
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced overnight manufacturing environment
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency with production reporting and scheduling systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA and/or ISO quality systems knowledge
• Experience operating manufacturing or press equipment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
