General Manager

We are looking for our newest General Manager to lead our Fond du Lac location!

Since 1972, Cousins Subs has been serving up better subs and a better place to work.

We're hiring experienced restaurant leaders ready to run the show. If you're looking for a high-responsibility, hands-on role with strong support-this could be it.

What You'll Do

- Manage daily store operations-you're hands-on 70-80% of the time

- Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and team development

- Handle food and labor costs, inventory, ordering, and bank deposits

- Jump in on the line, run the register, or clean when needed

- Open as early as 6 AM or close at 11 PM

- Ensure excellent service, food safety, and a clean, organized store

- Resolve customer issues with professionalism

- Serve as the go-to leader for your team

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of GM-level experience in food service or hospitality

- Strong leadership and operations skills

- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Previous new restaurant opening experience is a plus

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Must pass a background and driving record check

- Salary: $50,000-$60,000/year, depending on experience
