Primary Care Physician, Community Health Center (FQHC) - Boston, MA

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Internal Medicine - A nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking a Full Time Physician who will serve as a primary care provider to a panel of patients providing outpatient care within our Patient Centered Care Model.
This physician will have an opportunity to care for a diverse population of patients and be assisted by an ancillary staff dedicated to providing an excellent practice environment. This is an opportunity to provide the full spectrum of care. The Physician assesses health risks, promotes and provides disease prevention, and practices evidenced based medicine.
FQHC offers an excellent, comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Life, Vision & Disability insurance, 403b Savings Plan, Vacation, Sick & Holiday time, Continuing Medical Education Stipend of up to $1500 and 5 days of leave per year & Professional Development Stipends.
Qualifications: Completion of an accredited residency program, Current MA MD|DO License, Board Certified|Board eligible Internal Medicine | Family Practice.
