You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for pool owners - helping them with water testing, product questions, and everyday store needs. You'll also help keep the store clean, organized, and ready to serve customers.**On a daily basis our Retail Sales Associate:*** Welcomes customers as they enter and provides attentive, solutions-focused service.* Performs pool/spa water testing and helps customers understand results, recommending next steps and products based on store guidelines.* Answers phone calls professionally and assists with customer questions or directs them to the appropriate team member.* Prepares and restocks pool additive containers/jugs and ensures related supplies are organized and available.* Keeps the store clean and customer-ready - straighten shelves, dust products, maintain displays, and keep the counter area tidy.* Notifies management of product, supply, or stock shortages to support strong in-stock levels.* Other job-related duties as assigned.**What You Will Need:*** Retail and customer service experience required; pool supply industry experience preferred.* Must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible to drive a company vehicle.* Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.* High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent).* Retail and/or pool industry experience.* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment while staying friendly and detail-oriented.Since opening its first store in 1975, Pinch A Penny, A POOLCORP Company, has become the largest franchised retail pool, patio and spa company.
