Overview EMPLOYED DIRECT WITH AMULTI-SPECIALTY PHYSICIAN GROUP MARIANNA, FL Emergency Medicine Physician Compensation Compensation: Employee status with benefits included for full-time employment (≥10 shifts/mo.), $270/Hr. + $5/Hr. Pt Satisfaction Incentive; same rate for part-time but without the benefits Details Sovereign Immunity-cannot be sued 30K patients per year with 20 hours per day of APP coverage EMR is EPowerDoc (Extremely intuitive) with Dragon The ED is looking for full-time (12 shifts/month including 2 weekends) or part-time (6 shifts/month including 1 weekend) Physicians The providers enjoy sovereign Immunity Physicians must be willing to do their fair share of nights The hospital has a house that providers can use to stay between shifts.
