Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with prospective and current members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide detailed information about Club Pilates programs, memberships, and promotions.
- Support the sales process by answering questions and assisting with membership sign-ups.
- Maintain knowledge of studio offerings, schedules, and policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and member account management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming and positive studio environment.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
- Interest in fitness and wellness is preferred.

- Compensation: $10.00 per hour plus 10% commissions on all new membership and retail sales.
