Perform cyclic counts for the raw materials inventory established in the Cycle Counting DOP aiming to maintain a high level of accuracy. Responsible to run reports, physical location and counting of items. Preparation of cycle counts reports, research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.

Essential job duties include ensuring compliance to inventory procedure, accurately counting for assigned locations, assisting and performing investigation process to resolve inventory issues, adopting and following up the ISI safe protocol for the warehouse and production areas, performing batch description (DB) of material by variance request (VR's) verify quantities of VR's performed by changeover, auditing scrap reported by changeover in the material transfer form (MT) assist in activities related with materials purge, scrap material separation based on the request of the inventory analyst or supervisor, and other duties as assigned.

Required skills and experience include cycle counter, warehouse or assembly technician experience, inventory control knowledge, experience with warehouse tools and equipment including forklift, self-motivated, detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision, basic English (written/spoken), knowledge of MS office, excellent attention to detail, good communication and documentation skills, ability to lift material up to 50 lbs, extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting).

Required education and training includes minimum high school / technical career.

Working conditions include ability to work flexible hours.

Preferred skills and experience include SAP knowledge is desirable, driving experience desirable but not required.
