Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing leads HCP marketing strategy and execution for key professional supplement brands, including Pure Encapsulations, Douglas Laboratories, and Genestra. This role drives awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through integrated, multi-channel marketing programs across diverse sales channels.

As a strategic leader, the Sr. Manager partners cross-functionally to accelerate brand performance, achieve business growth objectives, and enhance customer engagement and loyalty. The role also develops and coaches a team of marketers, fostering high performance, collaboration, and operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Through strong leadership and data-driven decision making, this position plays a critical role in strengthening brand equity, driving profitability, and supporting the continued growth of the Nestlé Health Science professional portfolio.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Strong preference for candidates located within a commutable distance to the Bridgewater, NJ headquarters, or another Nestlé entity.

Responsibilities:

• HCP Marketing Leadership: Lead HCP marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of professional supplement brands across multiple sales channels. Translate business objectives into annual marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, recommendation, and growth
• People Leadership: Lead, develop, and coach a team of marketing professionals while providing hands-on support and guidance as needed
• Sales Partnership: Serve as the primary marketing partner to the HCP sales organization, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives, sales priorities, and customer needs. Participate in sales meetings and maintain close collaboration with the field sales team
• Campaign & Channel Strategy: Develop and oversee integrated HCP marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, brand websites, new product launches, sales materials, educational communications, trade shows, and other customer-facing channels to drive lead generation, retention, and business growth
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, eBusiness, Marketing Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Product Development, Finance, and agency partners to develop and execute HCP programs. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
• Business Insights & Strategy: Monitor category trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and market dynamics to identify actionable insights and inform marketing strategy
• Business & Budget Management: Lead annual brand reviews, evaluate marketing effectiveness, optimize resource allocation, identify synergies across initiatives, and manage the HCP marketing budget to maximize return on investment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of marketing experience, with HCP and nutritional supplement industry experience strongly preferred
• 3+ years of experience leading, developing, and coaching marketing teams
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous and complex situations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and translate insights into business strategies and actions
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights, effectively utilizing digital tools and technologies to improve outcomes
• Strong understanding of emerging digital trends and their relevance in a modern, insight-led workplace

Salary: $164,193.43 to $197,369.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
