Summary

Primary Care Advance Practice Clinician Opportunity with Samaritan Health Services – Sweet Home, Oregon

Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated healthcare delivery system, is seeking an experienced physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our primary care team at our Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital Medical Center – Sweet Home. Our brand-new facility located in Sweet Home, Oregon is an established certified Rural Health Clinic with experienced clinicians who are passionate about building a healthier community.

Job Specifics

• 0.8 FTE
\t
• 3 days/week + 1 day/week in Brownsville
\t
• 20-24 patients per day
\t
• Shared call coverage for phone consults only
\t
• Outpatient primary care

Job Requirements

\t
• Excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
\t
• Eligibility to work in the United States
\t
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program/Nurse Practitioner program
\t
• Licensed in the State of Oregon
\t
• Five years primary care experience is required
