What You'll Do
Drive Profit & Performance
- Own the restaurant's P&L and make decisions that drive profitability.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to grow sales.
- Lead by example to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Lead & Inspire People
- Recruit, train, and develop an amazing team of Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members.
- Foster a positive, high-energy culture where team members thrive.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to boost performance and engagement.
Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
- Ensure guests receive friendly, fast, and accurate service every time.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Engage with your local community to promote the restaurant and brand.
Manage Operations Like A Pro
- Optimize staffing and scheduling for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Burger King policies, health regulations, and labor laws.
- Maintain top-notch operational and brand standards across the restaurant.
What We're Looking For
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
- 24 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of P&L management and guest service principles.
- Open availability- To be able to work evenings/nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for long hours, climb stools/ladders, and perform routine bending, sweeping, and mopping.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures (coolers, freezers, and kitchen areas).
