Respiratory Therapist Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Tulsa, OK where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. The role supports care across ICUs, floors, and the emergency department and includes provision of nebulized medications, non-invasive and invasive ventilation, bronchopulmonary hygiene, and arterial blood gas analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state respiratory therapist license in good standing with the State License Board (Oklahoma).
• NBRC credential required.
• One year experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• BLS certification.
• Experience providing respiratory care across multiple settings including ICU, floor units, and Emergency Department preferred.
• Experience with invasive and non-invasive ventilation, nebulized medication administration, bronchopulmonary hygiene, and arterial blood gas sampling preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 18:30–07:00.
• Shift pattern: Nights.
• Travelers are required to work up to six weekend shifts in a six-week scheduling period.
• May be required to work holidays based on department needs.
• Must be able to support multiple units including ICUs, floors, and the Emergency Department.
