As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and cooking a wide variety of food for our guests. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our patients and residents receive nutritious and delicious meals that meet their individual dietary needs.

Handle and prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations

Prepare palatable and appetizing meals as prescribed by our attending physicians

Meet required meal schedules and take necessary measures to avoid food waste

Properly care for dietary equipment and production sheets

Follow menus and special diet instructions

Communicate freely with our Food Service Director and cooperate with other dietary staff and center personnel

Put Customer Service First: Ensure our patients and residents receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Ability to read, write, speak, and follow written and oral directions in English

Experience in institutional food handling is preferred

Must pass Background Check and Drug Screening
