Occupational Therapist Inpatient Rehab $15k Bonus

Highlights/Benefits

60-bed Inpatient Rehab Facility
Hands-on mentorship and training (90 days)
Work with a large, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
Heavy Stroke, TBI, SCI, Parkinson's, and polytrauma population
See 6 to 7 patients per day on average
1 hour each day is set aside for documentation - never take work home with you!
$3,000/yr Student Loan Repayment program
$20,000 Sign-on / Relocation package
Medical, Dental & Life Insurance (3 plans to choose from)
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 5 weeks +

About the Occupational Therapist Position:

Come work on a team of 7 Physical Therapists, 6 Occupational Therapists, and 3 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 95% return-to-home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care, looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
Collaborative, team player
Servant leader mindset
