Youll handle vehicle receiving and shipping, lot maintenance, merchandising, and photo uploads, ensuring every car meets CarMaxs quality standards. Whether youre advancing your career or growing your skillset, we are here to drive you forward.Role ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.Perform lot maintenance and merchandising, ensuring display areas are clean and organized.Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.Execute photo station process for listings.Drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support.Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.Required QualificationsValid drivers license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory pletion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings.Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.About CarMaxAt CarMax, we revolutionized the used car buying experience over 30 years ago by introducing transparency and integrity into the process. For 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday. If such an Associate does work on a scheduled holiday due to business need, they are eligible for Holiday Premium Pay.
