Job Description: SPT250 Average Daily Tray Volume Years of experience REQ: 2 First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: None Certs REQ: BLS, CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA Skills REQ: Chemical agents for decontamination, Disinfectants, Use of Washers/sterilizers, Sterilization wrapping procedures, Sets/trays assembly, Dental, Ear/Nose/Throat, General, Laparoscopic, Neurology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Robotics, Urology Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Regular floating may be required between departments, units and facilities as needed. Open to accommodating block schedule? No Locals accepted: No, home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility Pending License accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned Special Requirements: Level 1 trauma center with high acuity patient population and fast paced work environment Knowledge with service line of ortho, neuro and cardiovascular.REQUIRED: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs & stand up to 5 hrs
