Easy Wireless is expanding its outreach team and is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting new people and making an impact in their communities.

As an Outreach Specialist , you'll work directly in rural communities, helping eligible individuals connect with free wireless service through the Lifeline Program. Every day brings a new location, new customers, and new opportunities to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Represent Easy Wireless at community outreach locations throughout your assigned territory.
• Engage prospective customers and explain available Lifeline services.
• Qualify applicants and complete electronic enrollments.
• Activate devices and assist new customers with basic setup.
• Set up and maintain professional outreach locations using company-provided equipment.
• Build relationships within the communities you serve.
• Meet and maintain established performance standards while providing outstanding customer service.

What You'll Bring

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable personal transportation
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency

Previous sales, retail, customer service, or community outreach experience is helpful but not required.
