Lead Food Service Technician

Job Title

Oversee daily operations and compliance. Monitors daily team member performance and escalate concerns to leader.

Minimum Requirements

• High School or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English (Bilingual in Spanish is encouraged)
• Ability to complete and maintain a Serve Safe Certification within the 1st year of employment is required.
• 1 to 3 years experience in a large volume kitchens in either restaurant or institutional setting. Sound culinary techniques and leadership is a must. Supervision of minimum of 5 or more people.

Pay Range

$16.00 - $23.31

Other Information

• Full time with benefits - 40 hours per week
• Rotating shifts: Shifts will rotate from opening shifts to closing shifts. Opening shifts start at 5:30am. Closing shifts typically get out around 7:30pm
• Rotating weekend shifts
