Orthodontic Dental Assistant – Full-Time, Flexible Schedule

A growing orthodontic practice is seeking a dependable and personable Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients smile, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings both attention to detail and a positive attitude to daily clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside with orthodontic procedures including bondings, wire changes, and retainer fabrication
• Perform digital iTero scanning, radiographs, and sterilization duties
• Support patient flow by seating patients and preparing treatment areas
• Maintain high standards of infection control and equipment care
• Contribute to community events and occasional weekend activities
• Travel occasionally to a nearby location as part of team coverage

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and radiation certification required
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable, with a patient-focused mindset
• Orthodontic experience preferred but not required
