Commercial HVAC Project Manager

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Manager in Sacramento, CA to lead medium to large-scale mechanical projects across healthcare, education, data centers, and institutional facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate submittals, procurement, and equipment delivery timelines.
- Oversee field teams and ensure alignment with project schedules and specifications.
- Lead weekly project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor budgets, track costs, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Review drawings and resolve field coordination issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams on bid reviews and lessons learned.
- Mentor junior project staff and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
