Deka Lash Stonebridge Ranch recently opened and is seeking an experienced and motivated Studio Manager & Lash Educator to lead our team, elevate our lash services, and ensure an outstanding client experience. This is a multi-faceted role that combines leadership and lash artistry. If you're a highly skilled lash artist with a passion for mentoring and a knack for business, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Leadership & Management Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. Manage and motivate a team of lash artists, fostering a positive and supportive environment. Handle client communication, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. Manage studio inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment. Lash Artistry & Training Provide expert lash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume lashes. Develop and deliver comprehensive lash training programs for new and existing lash artists. Mentor and coach lash artists to improve their skills and achieve their goals. Stay up-to-date on the latest lash trends and techniques. Administrative Manage schedules and appointments for the lash team. Process transactions and maintain accurate client records. Track sales and performance metrics. Assist with social media marketing and content creation. Requirements: Current cosmetology or esthetician license. Proven experience as a lash artist with advanced skills in classic, hybrid, and volume lash applications. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for the beauty industry and client care. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Experience with client retention strategies and sales. Ability to work weekends and evenings. Proven ability to grown client base Strong Social Media marketing background Familiarity with various AI platforms to aid with administrative efficiency.
