Accounts Payable Coordinator

Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. Strong understanding of GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles). Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively by adapting quickly to changing priorities. Accuracy and attention to detail. Advanced problem solving and analytical abilities. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships. Responsibilities Coordinate with property accountants and property managers to ensure timely and accurate processing of property invoices Ensure approval workflows are assigned properly to each invoice Vendor setup Respond to vendor payment inquiries and reconcile statement balances Process checks and ACH payments for vendors Ensure utilities are sent to AUM and set up accordingly Scan tenant/ customers checks to system Submit weekly A/P reports to property accountant for review and payment processing Disclosure Our company is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace that is strives for inclusion.
