Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time

$7,000 Sign on Bonus The Lutheran Home is hiring dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team for a full-time position. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in our health center, including assessment, treatment, and evaluation of care plans Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and manage resident care Supervise and direct nurse aides in proving direct care to residents, ensuring quality and consistency of care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed to promote optimal recovery and functional independence Educate residents and their families about rehabilitation goals, care plans, and discharge instructions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes Respond to emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions as necessary.
